• Ran daily stock adjustments, RTS POs, IDOC debugging, and output controls.
• Spearheaded automation for customer returns, PO flows, and critical inventory alerts - from specs to production.
• Slashed system errors and IDOC jams from hundreds to near zero.
• Partnered with ABAP teams to build test cases, manage UAT, and drive production sign-off.
